All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays. 

We are unable to make changes once an order is placed, however if you need a hand, please email hello@phantomrow.com with as many details as possible and we'll try our best to help. Our team is available Monday through Friday only.


U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Enjoy COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING on all orders over $100 shipped within the domestic U.S. Free shipping applies to order subtotals of $100 or more after discounts have been applied, and before taxes. 

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times typically range 3-10 business day days, depending on shipping method and delivery destination.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.

Shipping charges for your order, whether you are domestic to the USA or international, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated by weight and delivery destination, and are set by shipping companies. Most orders will ship via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like it to be, final delivery is out of our hands.

We currently offer international shipping outside the U.S. to the following locations:

  • EU: All 299 states/provinces within
  • Asia: China, Hong Kong SAR, Philippines, South Korea
  • Middle East: UAE and Saudi Arabia
  • Australia, New Zealand, Oceania 

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and delivery destination, and are set by shipping companies. International transit times are listed at checkout and depend on the destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like it to be, final delivery is out of our hands.
